Thank you for shopping with Mushroom Marauder. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below for details on how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original packaging

  • With all original tags attached

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected]. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

The return address will be provided to you by our customer service team via email upon request or initiation of a return.


Issues Upon Delivery

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected]. so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Personal care products (e.g. skincare, cosmetics)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable substances

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted or sale items

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, the fastest option is to return your original product and place a new order after your return is approved.


EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period, during which you can return your purchase for any reason, no questions asked. The returned item must meet the same conditions listed above—unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card providers may require additional time to process the refund.
